Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• US standard shipping: 3–7 business days. $12 flat, free over $150.
• US express shipping: 2 business days. $25.
• International shipping: 7–21 business days. Calculated at checkout. Customs and duties are the customer's responsibility.
• You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, accessories and underwear are final sale.

1. Email returns@iluvracks.com with your order number to start a return.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders). International returns are at customer's expense.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email returns@iluvracks.com — if the size is in stock we'll hold it for 7 days while your return is in transit.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@iluvracks.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
